Soothed Shower Skin + Antioxidants: Weleda Sea Buckthorn Creamy Body Wash

My facial skincare routine is working so well right now. But the rest of my body has really needed some serious TLC! I blame it on my overly jealous exfoliation. You know I love my body scrubs!

However, I've recently found soothing relief plus antioxidants thanks to Weleda Sea Buckthorn Creamy Body Wash. It's a creamy cleanser that is ideal for skin needing nourishing care and a boost from the antioxidant power of orange sea buckthorn berries. I'm sure you're asking (like I did), what are sea buckthorns, and why are they in a body wash? Here's what I discovered...

Sea buckthorn is a tall shrub that grows in clusters on river shores and swampy areas. Its berries are chalked full of essential fatty acids and pro-vitamin A and vitamin E that are essential for general anti-aging and more specifically, the possible reversal of damage to the skin from aging. Who knew!

In my case, the skin on my upper arms and back are turning a corner in a good way. All my dry patches are gone and I'm left with baby soft skin. And while I'm prone to upper back breakouts, this lovely wash seems to have taken care of that problem, too. No back zits or visible clogged pores!

Plus, this creamy cleanser just feels — and smells — good on the skin. It has a light yummy citrus scent that is perfect for my eyeopening morning shower. And it suds well, too.

Purchase info: Weleda Sea Buckthorn Creamy Body Wash is available at select mass retailers such as Target, natural food stores, and online. It retails for $17.99.
